Adriana Beal

Adriana Beal received her B.S. in electronic engineering and an MBA in strategic management of information systems from two of the most prestigious graduate schools in Brazil. For the past 10 years, she has been identifying business needs and determining solutions for business problems for a diverse client base that includes media, telecom, and major U.S. financial institutions.

Since 2005 she is the Lead Business Technology Consultant at ThinkInternational, a NY-based human capital boutique (dba ThinkBRQ). She is also the principal consultant at 2wtx, a small web agency providing resources for business analysts and web optimization services for small businesses.

Adriana is the author of two books on IT management in Brazil, both widely adopted by public and private universities in her native country. In 2005 she received an O-1 – Alien of Extraordinary Ability visa from the U.S. in recognition for her achievements in the IT management field. Her most recent academic publication is an article for the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) on strategic resource management in e-commerce environments.

During her client assignments, she has learned directly from America’s top talent, such as entrepreneur and inventor Jay Walker (founder of Priceline.com and Walker Digital), and creative director David Link (founder of The Wonderfactory).

"It's hard to find someone who excels when it comes to business analysis, but Adriana does it in such a way that her projects tend to go in the right direction and smoothly. Her broad-based knowledge and forward-looking atitude help her to devise novel ideas while maintaining a focus on the needs of her customers. She also demonstrates leadership by taking responsibility for projects at key points in the process. I look forward to working with her in the future.”
